Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1.25 lbs. organic chicken breast (about 5 breasts, you can pound them out to make them thin, that is how I prefer them!)
  • 5 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions

1) In a shallow bowl add your egg and beat it.

2) In another shallow bowl add your almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Mix to combine.

3) Sprinkle salt and pepper over your cutlets then dip in the egg and then the flour mixture.

4) Coat both sides and place on a plate.

5) In a large skillet, add oil and heat to medium high.

6) Add your chicken, turn the heat to medium and brown both sides. Approximately 3-5 minutes per side.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1.25 lbs. organic chicken breast (about 5 breasts, you can pound them out to make them thin, that is how I prefer them!)
  • 5 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 lbs. green beans , fresh, rinsed, ends trimmed
  • Salt, pepper, chili flakes to taste
  • 6 garlic cloves , minced
  • 1lb bacon

Directions

1) In a large fry pan, cook the bacon. Once it reaches your desired “crispiness” remove the bacon, leaving the oil.

2) Add minced garlic and cook it, constantly stirring, for about 30 seconds.

3) Add chopped green beans, season to taste.

4) Sauté on medium heat for about 5 minutes or so until they soften, add the chopped cooked bacon. Remove from heat. Taste and add more salt, if needed. Add chili flakes if you want some spice!
