Ingredients

  • 4 cups of cooked oats
  • 2 scoops Ascent vanilla whey protein powder
  • 4 tsp chia
  • 4 tsp flax meal
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 stevia packet
  • 4 tsp hemp seeds
  • 4 tsp goji berries
  • 2 cup raw blueberries
  • 2 tsp maca powder
  • 4 tsp raw shredded coconut
  • 4 tbsp blanched/sliced almonds
  • 4 tbsp Kite Hill almond milk yogurt
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 splash almond milk

Directions

  1. Cook the organic oats. I usually use organic rolled oats. I boil the water, then add the oats. I turn off the heat, cover them, and then let them sit for at least 30 minutes. This dish can be served hot or cold, I prefer it cold.
  2. Once all of the liquid has been absorbed into the oats, I gather meal prep containers for as many servings of oats I plan to make.
  3. Once the oats have been divided into their food prep container/tupperware; sprinkle ¼ of the protein powder, cinnamon, flax meal, yogurt, stevia packet, and chia seeds onto the oats. Mix these ingredients well.
  4. Now top the oats with the rest of the ingredients, splitting each ingredient equally into your 4 containers. I start with the maca power, hemp seeds, coconut and slivered almonds.
  5. Then I sprinkle with the goji berries, and raw berries. I then do the dollop of almond butter.
  6. These will keep in the fridge for up to 6 days!
  7. Before serving, add the almond milk. Either heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and then stir, or serve cold.
