Great question, Christian! What’s the goal of your exercise? Are you looking to hit your triceps, or more of a balance exercise?
For triceps, just do a regular pressdown with your feet on the floor!
If you’re looking to do balance, try a balance board, a small box, or even a yoga block! If you don’t have any of those, try standing on one leg!
