This 6-week program is designed to help you learn, practice, and implement effective and realistic lifestyle habits during this period of self isolation as we quarantine collectively and focus on our health.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, learn some new workout moves, learn to cook clean recipes, or improve energy levels, it all starts with building the discipline it takes to make sustainable habit changes.

Health and wellness are now more important than ever, and it is WAY too easy to let our nutrition and fitness fall to the wayside in times like this. This is a time to BOOST our immune systems, and de-stress our bodies. 

This is NOT a bootcamp, it is a comprehensive program to help you achieve long-term results, balance your hormones, recomposition your body, and reach homeostasis.

This program is designed to bring you 6 weeks of workouts you can do at home with NO equipment! The 4-weekly bodyweight workouts will challenge you from head to toe. All of your workouts will be done through the app, on your own time. We will set schedules for your workouts that are appropriate and realistic based on what your “new normal” looks like. This program is LOW impact and suitable for all fitness levels. The workouts will promote balance, flexibility, strength, and lean muscle endurance.

Nutrition coaching is also a HUGE part of this program. As you log your food in the easy-to-use app, you will be guided to hit “target” macros. I call my programs “nutrition school” as I will teach you about macronutrients, meal timing, tracking energy output, and eating for your body type and activity level. You will gain access to my online meal prep recipe books with hundreds of “Eat Clean” recipes. 

If you have a Fitbit, AWESOME! We will sync it with the app in order to utilize this invaluable tool for creating the perfect program for you! We will use data from sleep, steps, heart rate, energy output, and calories burned to set accurate goals and targets for you! If not: no worries! With some diligence, we can use alternative strategies for success!

This program requires daily “homework” on your end. Food logging, weekly progress pics, weight logging, and “check – ins” via the app; but whatever your goals are I will be there every step of the way; as we inspire each other to be warriors of health.
