Bootcamp Transformation Program

This intense “lifestyle change boot-camp” is designed for clients wanting both fitness and nutrition coaching. Clients must have access to a gym, be free of injury, have a general exercise vocabulary and fitness foundation.

This strength/balance/agility/flexibility program combines various exercise methods – Weight Training, TRX, BOSU, Yoga, Pilates, Resistance Bands, and Plyometrics.

Clients will progress weekly with a five-day muscle-specific training “Split”, challenged to progress through variations of my “original” creative strength and balance exercises, as well as traditional strength and machine exercises. Workouts feature videos, in-app timers and FitBit compatibility.
